TWO CLASSES IN ONE! - 30 minutes of high-intensity cardio followed by 30 minutes strength training.

CARDIO: Feel lighter, stronger and happier after high-intensity, dance-based cardio.  
Low-impact modifications will be shown at every class so you can modify and take the workout at your own pace to suit your current fitness level.  

SCULPT: Shape long, lean muscles in this full-body strength training class.  You’ll squat, push-up, and plank to beat of hit music, distracting you from the burn and motivating your workout.

WHAT DO I WEAR/BRING TO CLASS?
Wear what’s comfortable for you – fitted, flexible fabrics are always a solid start. Good supportive trainers are great, but any athletic shoe should work. Your instructor is likely teaching most of the workout standing up, but you may need a mat or towel for any floor work.  And, of course, water!
