WELCOME TO JAZZERCISE AT THE LOW PORT CENTRE
Power Sculpt HIIT - Fire up your metabolism in this 45 minute HIIT class that combines high-intensity dance-based cardio with intervals of targeted strength work. Finish with concentrated strength training.

Low-impact modifications will be shown at every class so you can modify and take the workout at your own pace to suit your current fitness level.


WHAT DO I WEAR/BRING TO CLASS?

Wear what’s comfortable for you – fitted, flexible fabrics are always a solid start. Good supportive trainers are great, but any athletic shoe should work. Your instructor is likely teaching most of the workout standing up, but a mat or towel can be helpful if doing any floor work. A good set of free weights and or resistance bands will come in handy but are not essential for your first class. And, of course, water!
