WELCOME TO JAZZERCISE AT LONGCROFT HALL
Cardio Sculpt is the ultimate full-body workout. Feel lighter, stronger and happier after high-intensity, dance-based cardio followed by strength training and stretching.

Low-impact modifications will be shown at every class so you can modify and take the workout at your own pace to suit your current fitness level. 

WHAT DO I WEAR/BRING TO CLASS?
Wear what’s comfortable for you – fitted, flexible fabrics are always a solid start. Good supportive trainers are great, but any athletic shoe should work. Your instructor is likely teaching most of the workout standing up, but a mat or towel can be helpful if doing any floor work. A good set of free weights and or resistance bands will come in handy but are not essential for your first class. And, of course, water!
